With over 10 years of experience,  research and ultimately success in helping others achieve their fitness goals, Darren Irving of Evolution Fitness has developed his highly successful 4-in-1 Fit Program.  Each element of this program represents a key component to an inclusive lifestyle that is the best way to lose weight, get healthy and maintain your new level of fitness.

1) Comprehensive body assessment
    As you start the program, we initially perform a thorough body assessment to determine your
    current level of fitness.  This includes measurements of weight, height, fat percentage, lean muscle
    mass, BMI and other metrics.  With this established baseline we can then monitor your
    improvement over time.

2) Simplified nutrition plan
    One of the more common obstacles to eating healthy is time constraints.  With our hectic lifestyles,
